Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is situated in a stunning location within a historical castle/monastery from the 12th-13th centuries, offering fantastic views in every direction. The rooms are beautifully decorated but have thin walls, and the check-in staff were efficient, although the decor was slightly outdated. The service is top-notch, with knowledgeable and eager-to-help staff members, yet the dining experience, while satisfactory, may benefit from more varied dinner options. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and the peaceful setting away from the city center adds to its charm.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The room was probably the largest we have ever stayed in, beautifully appointed with a super en suite bathroom. The view over the old town and countryside was simply breathtaking, with swallows and swifts buzzing around as we looked out in the morning. Although the service was efficient, some staff members seemed a bit less friendly. The location was superb, giving us a sense of royalty in a castle high up with magical views in every direction. The dining experience was a highlight with a wide range of delicious dishes. The facilities were excellent, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel felt like a royal stay in a historic castle high on a hill with a tranquil atmosphere. The rooms were incredibly spacious and beautifully appointed, although walls were thin and could get warm during the day. The service was exceptional, making us feel like honored guests. The dining experience was particularly impressive with a variety of options, but the opening time might not suit all travelers. The location was breathtaking, allowing us to relax and immerse in the stunning surroundings.
